Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with DoggyBeds.co.za. We want you and your furry friends to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

  • Items purchased on sale, clearance, or marked non-returnable are not eligible for returns.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Send clear photos of the product and packaging to support@doggybeds.co.za.

  • Faulty products are covered under a 6-month warranty as per the Consumer Protection Act.

  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you.

3. Return Process

  • To request a return, email support@doggybeds.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the error is on our side.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless due to our error).

5. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

  • Used bedding due to hygiene reasons.

  • Clearance or discounted items (unless faulty).
