Thank you for shopping with DoggyBeds.co.za. We want you and your furry friends to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
Items purchased on sale, clearance, or marked non-returnable are not eligible for returns.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Send clear photos of the product and packaging to support@doggybeds.co.za.
Faulty products are covered under a 6-month warranty as per the Consumer Protection Act.
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you.
3. Return Process
To request a return, email support@doggybeds.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the error is on our side.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless due to our error).
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Customized or made-to-order products.
Used bedding due to hygiene reasons.
Clearance or discounted items (unless faulty).
